Kitchen Academy is an institution of higher learning for students who share a passion for culinary arts. We are dedicated to providing quality career education; and teach classic culinary techniques combined with modern innovations and the latest in global cuisine. Ours is a creative and supportive community guided by professional chef instructors, faculty and staff. An enviornment where you can immerse yourself in the culinary/hospitality world and develop your skills by watching chef demonstrations; then performing the same tasks yourself. You will have the opportunity to spend significant time in industry current kitchens working alongside experienced, professional chef instructors, learning the skills necessary to explore your passion and pursue your goal of a professional career in the culinary/hospitality industry. We will introduce you to innovative and trendsetting techniques and expose you to the preparation of international cuisine and cultures throughout your training. The theoretical foundation and essential technical skills you learn can then be applied to the preparation of any cuisine.
